Agreement to Terms
By installing or using DocSize ("the Add-on"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Add-on.
Description of Service
DocSize is a free Google Docs™ add-on that allows users to:
- Set custom page dimensions (width and height)
- Configure page margins (top, bottom, left, right)
- Change document background colors
- Apply preset page sizes for common formats
License and Use
DocSize is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may:
- Use the Add-on for any lawful purpose
- Use the Add-on with personal or Google Workspace™ accounts
- Use the Add-on to format documents for publishing, printing, or any other purpose
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Add-on
- Redistribute or sell the Add-on
- Use the Add-on in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Use the Add-on in any way that could harm or impair Google's services
Google Workspace™ Marketplace
DocSize is distributed through the Google Workspace™ Marketplace and is subject to Google's additional terms of service. By using DocSize, you also agree to comply with Google's Marketplace Terms of Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
DocSize is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
We do not warrant that the Add-on will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DocSize and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or documents
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Business interruption
- Any other damages arising from the use or inability to use the Add-on
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining backups of your documents
- Ensuring the Add-on meets your requirements before use
- Complying with all applicable laws when using the Add-on
Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue DocSize at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Add-on.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of DocSize after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
