Google Docs doesn't have A5 as a built-in option, but DocSize makes it easy. Install DocSize, open the sidebar from Extensions menu, select "A5" from the ISO A-Series presets (148 x 210 mm), and click Apply. Your document will instantly resize to A5 format.
